To All Medical Equipment Suppliers

In order to streamline quality of care improvement and to enhance patient safety, the Ministry of Public health is initiating an assessment of implanted medical devices that are currently in use in clinical practices.

You are requested to fill a descriptive form for each imported medical device and to submit it to the Department of Drugs' Imports/Exports (for sterile devices) or to the Service of Sanitary Engineering (for other devices) in order to have the ministry clearance for goods customs retrieval.
