Lab Results of Passengers Returning From Moscow, Minsk, Kuwait, Douala, Bahrain, Dubai, London and Ukraine
The Ministry of Public Health announces the following results of the tests performed for the passengers on board the flights to Lebanon as part of the second phase of Lebanese repatriation:
Ten confirmed COVID-19 cases among the Lebanese on board the plane from Moscow.
One confirmed COVID-19 case among the returnees from Minsk.
One infection on board the flight from Kuwait. Two passengers on board the same plane will be retested.
Two positive cases among the passengers returning from Douala.
No positive cases among the passengers returning from Bahrain, Dubai, London and Ukraine; all the tests came back negative.
The passengers whose test results returned positive will be transferred to the hospital. Those who tested negative are urged to strictly comply with home-quarantine, and they will be daily followed up by the ministry. Any person who shows symptoms will be sent to the hospital and retested.
