وزارة الصحة: بيان المقاصد لا يليق بتاريخها ومستحقات المستشفيات حولت الى وزارة المال للدفع

صدر عن المكتب الاعلامي لوزارة الصحة العامة البيان الاتي:

" تأسف وزارة الصحة العامة للمغالطات التي تضمنها البيان الصادر عن إدارة جمعية المقاصد الخيرية الإسلامية في بيروت وللغة المستخدمة فيه والتي لا تليق اولا بتاريخ هذه المؤسسة العريقة حيث تحدثت عن "تقصير فاضح" من وزارة الصحة العامة بعدم دفع المستحقات المالية المتوجبة عليها للمستشفى.،

لذا يهم وزارة "الصحة" ان توضح الآتي:

خلافا لما جاء في بيان ادارة "المقاصد"، لقد حولت وزارة الصحة مستحقات المستشفيات عن النصف الاول من العام 2018 الى وزارة المال.
عقود المصالحة العائدة الى المستشفيات والتي مر عليها العديد من السنوات حولت الى المراجع المختصة في وزارتي العدل والمال
زادت وزارة "الصحة" 250 مليون ليرة لبنانية الى موازنة مستشفى المقاصد في العام 2018 مقارنة بموازنة العام 2016
لقد تم استقبال المسؤولين عن المستشفى يوم الجمعة الماضي في وزارة الصحة حيث تم الاستماع الى مشاكلهم واقترحت مجموعة من الحلول.

يهم وزارة "الصحة" ان تؤكد ان المساهمة التي خصصتها لمستشفى المقاصد عن العام 2017 بلغت قيمتها 500 مليون ليرة لبنانية (وهي تعطى لتغطية عمليات زرع نقي العظم) لكن ادارة المستشفى استخدمتها بغير الوجهة المحددة لها قانونا، فتم ايقافها من قبل ديوان المحاسبة.

إن وزارة الصحة العامة تأسف ان تزج ادارة جمعية "المقاصد" نفسها في مغالطات ناتجة عن قضايا ادارية تتعلق بالمستشفى وتنشر بيانا يفتقر الى الدقة والصحة، وتؤكد عدم تمييزها بين المستشفيات، تكرر مطالبتها بضرورة زيادة الاموال المخصصة لبند الاستشفاء من اجل تسهيل تأمين التغطية اللازمة للبنانيين وتفادي التأخير في تأمين المدفوعات التابعة لعقود المصالحة.
