Circular Issued By The Minister Of Public Health On Hospitalization

تعميم صادر عن وزير الصحة العامة في شأن الإستشفاء

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة)
بناء على المرسوم التنظيمي رقم 8377/61 (تنظيم وزارة الصحة العامة)
بناء على الاجتماعين اللذين عقدهما وزير الصحة العامة مع كل من رؤساء المصالح في المحافظات وأطباء الأقضية في 5/2/2020، والأطباء المراقبين المتعاقدين في 31/1/2020 لمناقشة الوضع الصحي والإداري في كافة المحافظات والأقضية،

يصدر وزير الصحة العامة د. حمد حسن التعميم التالي المتعلق بالإستشفاء والذي ينص على ما يلي:

أمام تزايد عدد الشكاوى من المرضى في المستشفيات لجهة عدم وجود أمكنة مخصصة لوزارة الصحة العامة،

وحفاظاً منا على سلامة المرضى وحقهم بالاستشفاء وتقديم الخدمة اللازمة بالسرعة الممكنة، يرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:

أ: الاتصال بالطبيب المراقب التابع لوزارة الصحة العامة في المستشفى للمساعدة (إسم الطبيب ورقم هاتفه على باب مكتبه أو في الطوارىء أو في مكتب الدخول)

ب: في حال عدم التجاوب، التواصل مع رؤساء المصالح أو أطباء الأقضية في المحافظات للتدخل وإجراء المقتضى.

ج: الاتصال على الخط الساخن المخصص لوزارة الصحة العامة 24/24 (الرقم 1214)، أو بسنترال الوزارة خلال الدوام الرسمي على الارقام التالية 01-830300 / 01-830281 لتسجيل الشكوى والمراجعات التي سيصار إلى متابعتها من قبل مديرية العناية الطبية.

نلفت عناية المواطنين إلى حق المستشفى بالحصول على فرق الاستشفاء المحدد بـ 15% بناءً على الفاتورة المفصلة التي تصدرها الإدارة المالية للمستشفى قبيل مغادرة المريض وبموجب ايصال رسمي.
وفق القانون اللبناني، إن وزارة الصحة العامة لا تستطيع تقديم الخدمة للمرضى المستفيدين من الجهات الضامنة كافة، وفي حال الضرورة يجب مراجعة المرجعيات التابعة (للجهات الضامنة) وليس وزارة الصحة العامة
