Minister Hasan Refers A Decision To Start Paying The Amounts Due For Exceeding The Financial Ceiling

الوزير حسن أحال قرارا للبدء بدفع مستحقات تجاوزات الأسقف المالية

أحال وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور حمد حسن قرارا بمباشرة دفع تجاوزات الأسقف المالية للمستشفيات من عام 2000 حتى 2019 وذلك بعد إقرارها في مجلس النواب، وللغرض تشكلت لجان مختصة في كل المحافظات للتسريع بالتدقيق بالفواتير خلال يوم عمل واحد وتحويلها إلى وزارة المالية.ويشكل هذا القرار تجاوبا مع مطلب مزمن للمستشفيات وتطورا ماليا إيجابيا، على أن يتم اعتماد آلية واضحة في المرحلة المقبلة، بحيث تبدأ اللجنة المختصة بالتدقيق عملها فور تخطي السقف المالي الشهري المخصص للمستشفى، ليتم اتخاذ القرار بالموافقة على أسقف مالية إضافية بناء على التقرير الذي تضعه اللجنة والذي يأخذ في الاعتبار الحاجة الطبية للعمل الإستشفائي والحالات الطارئة التي لا تحتمل أي تأخير.

وبذلك، تحافظ وزارة الصحة على أولويتها في تأمين حق المرضى في الإستشفاء فضلا عن حق المستشفيات في الحصول على الأتعاب العادلة من دون أي حسم لاحق لتأمين استمراريتها في الخدمة الطبية.
