وزارة الصحة: هذا سبب انتشار "الصفيرة أ"

 
أصدرت مصلحة الطب الوقائي في وزارة الصحة العامة بيانا حول "الصفيرة أ"

عطفا على ما يتم تداوله عبر بعض وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وبعض الوسائل الاعلامية بخصوص حالات "الصفيرة أ" التي سجلت مؤخرا في لبنان، يهم وزارة الصحة العامة ان توضح ما يلي:
  •  يعتبر مرض "الصفيرة أ" مرضا مستوطنا في لبنان منذ سنوات، وتسجل وزارة الصحة سنويا حالات عديدة من هذا المرض في اكثر من منطقة لبنانية.
  •  تراوح فترة حضانة المرض من اسبوعين الى نحو ٥٠ يوما وبالتالي فإن الحالات التي تسجل اليوم قد التقطت العدوى منذ اسابيع.
  •  تتلخص الاعراض عادة بحمى واسهال ويرقان (صفيرة) لدى البالغين الذين هم اشد عرضة لمضاعفات المرض. اما لدى الاطفال فالاعراض عادة خفيفة. وقد تكون معدومة في بعض الحالات خاصة لدى الرضع.  
  • انتقال العدوى برازي فموي وبالتالي فإن اعتماد الاجراءات الوقائية يعتبر اساسيا للحد من الفاشيات. وتتلخص  اساليب الوقاية من المرض بالنظافة الشخصية خاصة غسيل الايدي قبل تناول الطعام وبعد استعمال المرحاض وبعد تغيير حفاضات الاطفال. وكذلك باستعمال المياه النظيفة والتخلص الامن من الفضلات الصلبة والسائلة.  
  • بعد دراسة الوضع الوبائي للمناطق التي سجلت ارتفاعا ملحوظا في اعداد المرضى تبين انه من المرجح ان الفاشية ناتجة عن تردي في البنى التحتية مما ادى الى خلط بين مياه الشفة ومياه الصرف الصحي
  • تقوم وزارة الصحة بالتعاون مع السلطات المحلية بمتابعة تاهيل البنى التحتية وتعقيم مصادر المياه بصورة دورية. كما تقوم الوزارة بالتعاون مع المنظمات الدولية باجراء ندوات توعوية للاهالي حول كيفية الوقاية من المرض وتعقيم المياه بواسطة الكلور.
  • ان ارتفاع  عدد الحالات التي تناقلتها بعض وسائل الاعلام  في مناطق لبنانية متفرقة لا تعتبر من ضمن الفاشية الحالية التي تشهدها محافظة الشمال، بل هي اعداد تراكمية منذ بداية العام الحالي وما هي الا انعكاس لوضع مرض "الصفيرة أ" المستوطن في لبنان.
  • ان لقاح "الصفيرة أ" ليس من ضمن لقاحات الرزنامة الوطنية للتلقيح، بل هو اختياري، وحالياً تسعى وزارة الصحة الى توفيره بالتعاون مع المنظمات الدولية لاستعماله خلال فاشيات مماثلة.

هذا وتتابع الوزارة عن كثب، وبوتيرة يومية الوضع الوبائي للمرض، وخلال ال ٢٤ ساعة الاخيرة سجلت الفاشية انخفاضا في عدد الحالات.

كما تهيب وزارة الصحة العامة بالمواطنين استقاء المعلومات الطبية والوبائية الصحيحة من المراجع الرسمية والعلمية المختصة منعا لنشر الذعر في المجتمع.
