Ministry Of Public Health Closes The Doors Of A Syrian Dietitian Center In Hamra With Red Wax

وزارة الصحة تقفل بالشمع الأحمر مركز لأخصائية تغذية سورية في الحمرا

صدر عن المكتب الاعلامي لنائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة غسان حاصباني البيان الاتي:

نفذ فريق من وزارة الصحة العامة مداهمة الثلاثاء 30 أيار 2017 لاحد المراكز في الحمرا بناء على معلومات مقدمة من موقع الكتروني إستقصائي، حيث تبين:

ان صاحبة المركز تمارس مهام "أخصائية تغذية" ولا يحق لها بذلك كونها سورية ولا تملك اذن مزاولة مهنة.
وضعها في لبنان غير قانوني لإن إقامتها منتهية الصلاحية.
تعمد الى حقن زبائنها بأدوية وهي غير مخولة القيام بذلك وفق القوانين المرعية الاجراء، الامر الذي قد يشكل خطراً على صحتهم.
هناك في المركز ممرضة ومعالج فيزيائي يمارسان وظيفتيهما بشكل غير قانوني كون المركز غير مرخص لتقديم خدمات صحية وفق المعايير المرعية الاجراء.

وبناء على ذلك، تم طلب مؤازرة قوى الأمن الداخلي ومخابرة النائب العام الاستئنافي في بيروت زياد أبو حيدر وختم المركز بالشمع الأحمر.
