حاصباني يتابع قضية وفاة فرح قصاب ويصدر قرارين وكتابين للنيابة العامة ونقابة الاطباء

 
صدر عن المكتب الاعلامي لنائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة العامة غسان حاصباني البيان الاتي:
 
في إطار متابعة ملف وفاة المرحومة فرح قصاب عقب خضوعها لعمليات تجميلية في احد المستشفيات المتخصصة في الجراحة التجميلية،
 
إتخذ وزير الصحة العامة غسان حاصباني الاجراءات الآتية:
 
  1. إصدار قرار يتعلق بمنع إجراء عمليات جراحية تستوجب تخديراً عاماً في مستشفيات نهارية أو مراكز جراحة تجميلية أخرى.
  2. إصدار قرار بوقف إجراء العمليات الجراحية التي تستوجب تخديراً عاماً في مستشفى الدكتور نادر صعب المتخصص بالجراحة التجميلية.
  3. توجيه كتاب الى النيابة العامة التمييزية للتحقيق في حادثة وفاة المرحومة فرح قصاب.
  4. توجيه كتاب الى نقابة اطباء لبنان في بيروت لإجراء التحقيقات اللازمة في حادثة وفاة المرحومة فرح قصاب، وإعطاء النقابة مهلة اسبوعين لتوضيح بعض النقاط الطبية الفنية والإجابة عن اسئلة موجهة من وزير الصحة العامة بشأن حادثة الوفاة المذكورة أعلاه.
 
وتأتي هذه الخطوات إستكمالاً للقرار الفوري الشفهي لوزير الصحة العامة غسان حاصباني بوقف العمليات في المستشفى المذكور بعيد الحادثة، وللقرار الخطي الصادر عن يوم الجمعة 2 حزيران 2017 والقاضي بـ:  
 
  1.  منع إجراء العمليات الجراحية التي قد تسبب إشتراكات تستوجب عناية فائقة كعمليات شفط الدهون وغيرها إلا في مستشفيات متخصصة تحتوي على قسم للعناية الفائقة مرخص من وزارة الصحة العامة وفقاً للأصول.
  2. يجب على الطبيب ان يشرح للمريض مخاطر العملية الجراحية بما فيها عملية التجميل الطبية وان يطلب توقيع المريض على إستمارة حقوق المرضى والموافقة المستنيرة.
