الصحة" تذكر المستشفيات بالزامية استقبال الحالات الطارئة وعدم رفضها لأسباب مادية

 
صدر عن المكتب الإعلامي لنائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة غسان حاصباني البيان الآتي:

تزامنا مع عيد رأس السنة حيث يزداد الضغط على أقسام الطوارئ في المستشفيات وتفاديا لحصول اَي تقصير من قبل اَي مؤسسة استشفائية بما يتعلق بتقديم خدمة الطوارئ للمحتاجين اليها من دون اَي مطالبة مالية مسبقة، اصدر نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة العامة غسان حاصباني تعميما حمل الرقم ١٢١ يذكر فيه المستشفيات بوجوب التزام القانون ومراعاة الناحية الانسانية بما يتعلق بتقديم خدمة الطوارئ.

نذكر المواطنين بالاتصال بالخط الساخن التابع لوزارة الصحة العامة ١٢١٤ في حال المخالفة.

ويهمنا التأكيد ان إصدار هذا التعميم لا يعني ان كل المستشفيات تخالف القانون لذلك تضمن التعميم تنويها بالدور الذي تقوم به المستشفيات الملتزمة والتي تقدم خدمة الطوارئ وفقا للقانون والاصول وتقوم بواجباتها على أكمل وجه
