قرار لوزير الصحة بمنع الاعلان عن اي متمم غذائي عبر وسائل الاعلام

 
اصدر وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور جميل جبق قرارا منع فيه الاعلان عن اي متمم غذائي عبر جميع وسائل الاعلام المرئي والمسموع ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تحت طائلة اخذ التدابير اللازمة في حق المخالفين. ونص القرار على ما يلي:

المادة الاولى: يعدل القرار رقم 2207/1 الصادر بتاريخ 18 كانون الاول 2014 والقرار رقم 376/1 الصادر بتاريخ 12 اذار 2019 والمتعلقين بتنظيم استيراد المتممات الغذائية ومشروبات الطاقة ويضاف على موادهم ما يلي:

المادة الثانية: يشترط اضافة على لصاقة أي متمم غذائي رقم وتاريخ الترخيص الممنوح للشركة المصنعة او المستوردة من وزارة الصحة العامة ويبدأ العمل بهذه المادة بعد ثلاثة اشهر من نشر القرار.

المادة الثالثة: يمنع الاعلان عن اي متمم غذائي عبر جميع وسائل الاعلام المرئي والمسموع ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تحت طائلة اخذ التدابير اللازمة بحق المخالفين.

المادة الرابعة : يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة".
