وزارة الصحة العامة تطلق خدمة التنبيهات الصحية على الواتساب باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية


تطلق وزارة الصحة العامة اليوم خدمة رسائلها المخصصة باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية، بالشراكة مع شركتي واتساب وفيسبوك عبر منصة الاتصالات العالمية لشركة انفوبىب ، لإطلاع الجمهور على آخر المستجدات المتعلقة بفيروس كورونا. وتتميز خدمة الرسائل بسهولة الاستخدام والقدرة على الوصول إلى جمهور واسع، من أجل إيصال المعلومات الصادرة عن الوزارة مباشرة إلى الناس الذين هم في حاجة إليها.

وستتيح خدمة الرسائل هذه للجميع، من قادة الحكومات إلى العاملين الصحيين وصولاً إلى الأهل والأصدقاء، أحدث المستجدات والمعلومات عن فيروس كورونا في لبنان، بما في ذلك التفاصيل المتعلقة بأعراض المرض وكيف يحمي الناس أنفسهم منه ومعرفة المستشفيات المعتمدة لإجراء التحاليل المخبرية للكورونا. كما تتضمن الخدمة روابط إلى أحدث تقارير الحالات وتقدم آخر الأرقام وبيانات الترصد الوبائي لمساعدة مقرري السياسات في الحكومة على حماية صحة سكانهم.

ويمكن الاشتراك في الخدمة من خلال وصلة تفتح تلقائياً محادثة في تطبيق الواتساب. ويكفي إرسال كلمة "مرحبا" او “Hi” لتفعيل المحادثة من خلال عرض قائمة خيارات تسمح بالإجابة عن أسئلة المستخدمين بشأن مرض كوفيد-19.انضم إلى خدمة التنبيهات الصحية لوزارة الصحة العامة على الواتساب:
