وزارة الصحة اطلقت تطبيق معا Ma3an لتتبع المخالطين

 
"Ma3an "

هو التطبيق الرسمي للبنان لتتبع المخالطين وإخطار التعرّض وقد أصبح الآن متاح على متاجر غوغل وأبل وهواوي.

تم تصميم وتطوير هذا التطبيق من قبل وزارة الصحة العامة (البرنامج الوطني للصحّة الإلكترونية، برنامج الترصّد الوبائي ومصلحة الطب الوقائي)، بالتعاون مع فريق من الخبراء من الجامعة الأمريكية في بيروت (كلية العلوم الصحية ، كلية مارون سمعان للهندسة والهندسة المعمارية ، وكلية الآداب والعلوم) وشركة TedMob.

يساعدك Ma3an ويساعد مجتمعك في مكافحة وباء COVID-19. يستخدم Ma3an تقنية Bluetooth® على هاتفك المحمول لبث تواجده بشكل مجهول إلى الأجهزة المحمولة الأخرى. تم تصميم النظام ليكون موفّرًا للطاقة، ولا يجمع أي بيانات جغرافية أو بيانات .GPS عندما يكتشف تطبيقك جهازًا آخر يستخدم تطبيق Ma3an ، يتم تبادل رقم عشوائي بين الأجهزة ويتم تخزينه محليًا على كل جهاز.

إذا ظهرت نتيجتك لاختبار COVID-19 ايجابية، يمكنك الموافقة على أن تستخدم وزارة الصحة العامة المعلومات التي تم جمعها من الأجهزة الذين كانوا بالقرب منك خلال ال 14 يوم الماضية لإنذار المستخدمين. إذا كنت قد تعرضت للفيروس من قبل شخص كنت على اتصال وثيق به ، فستتمكن وزارة الصحة العامة من الاتصال بك بسرعة حتى تتمكن من الحصول على الدعم الذي تحتاجه ، مما يقلل من خطر العواقب الوخيمة.

كيف يمكنك المساعدة في وقف انتشار COVID-19؟
 
  • تحميل تطبيق Ma3an
  • تسجّل باستخدام رقم هاتفك المحمول
  • قم بتفعيل التطبيق عن طريق تشغيل Bluetooth® ، خاصة عندما تكون أكثر عرضة للتواصل مع الآخرين
كيف يحمي Ma3an خصوصيتك؟
 
  • يجمع التطبيق فقط الحد الأدنى من البيانات ، وهو أمر ضروري للغاية لدعم وتحسين نظام إخطار التعرض.
  • يتم إنشاء رمز Bluetooth منخفض الطاقة الذي ينقله التطبيق بشكل عشوائي ولا يحتوي على أي معلومات حول هاتفك أو عن نفسك.
  • يتم تشفير البيانات المحفوظة على هاتفك.
  • شبكة التواصل بين التطبيق والخادم مشفرة.
  • يتم حذف جميع البيانات ، سواء كانت مخزنة على الجهاز أو على الخادم ، عندما لا تكون ذات صلة ، وبعد نهاية جائحة COVID-19.
  • وزارة الصحة العامة (MoPH) هي الهيئة التي تجمع البيانات وتقرر الغرض من استخدامها. يتم استخدام البيانات فقط بهدف احتواء جائحة COVID-19.
  • يتم تخزين البيانات على خوادم آمنة وتديرها وزارة الصحة العامة.
 
تطبيق Ma3an يكمّل نشاط تتبع المخالطين الذي تقوم به وزارة الصحة العامة. يخطر المستخدمين بالتعرض للأشخاص الذين ثبتت إصابتهم بـ COVID-19 .إن هذا التطبيق ليس جهازًا طبيًا فهو لا يشخّص ولا يمكنه التشخيص ، لذلك لا يحل محل الطبيب.
