مقدمة:

مركز الإقلاع عن التدخين في مستشفى أوتيل ديو دو فرانس هو شريك الجمعية الفرنسية لمكافحة التدخين. يضم وحدة استشارات ودعم متخصّصة بالإقلاع عن التدخين وتتألف من فريق من الممرّضات والأطباء وعلماء النفس وخبراء التغذية. يهدف المركز إلى تقديم مرافقة طبية للمدخنين الراغبين في الإقلاع عن التدخين من خلال الاستشارات والأنشطة الأسبوعية، ومتابعة المرضى في المستشفى، ونشر التوعية والمشاركة في حملات الوقاية من التدخين على المستويين الوطني والعالمي.

التوقف عن التدخين مع ماغي نصار

مقدمة:

أكثر من 20 سنة خبرة مع المدخنين للإقلاع عن التدخين أو الحد منه وذلك حسب الطلب.إسمي ماغي نصار وانصح الجميع بالتوقف او الحد من التدخين. فالطريقة تكنولوجيا ناجحة (بالطب الصيني من دون وخز ) تعمل عبر الضوء على نقاط الطاقة في الاذن والوجه وهي 5 نقاط أساسية:(الإرادة، النيكوتين،عادة إمساك السيجارة، الضغط النفسي والشراهة في الأكل ) جلسة واحدة كافية للتوقف عن التدخين.
المرأة الحامل تستطيع أيضا الاستفادة من الجلسة إذ لاسلبيات
.أما المدة فهي من 30 الى 45 دقيقة

مقدمة:

يتضمن برنامج الاقلاع عن التدخين 10 جلسات من الإرشاد والعلاج وذلك تحت إشراف معالجة نفسية، أخصائية تغذية و طبيبة.
يستند البرنامج على المبادئ التوجيهية الدولية. وينطوي ذلك على التحفيز، تعلّم تغيير السلوك والعلاج ببدائل النيكوتين وغيره.
