وزارة الصحة نشرت جداول بأدوية وصلت وستصل إلى لبنان

 
الأبيض: مكننة الاستيراد حلت جزءا من الأزمة والبحث مستمر عن مصادر تمويل لتعويض نقص الموازنة
صدر عن المكتب الإعلامي لوزير الصحة العامة الدكتور فراس الأبيض البيان الآتي: 

"يجدد وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور فراس الأبيض التأكيد أن ملف الدواء، ومنذ توليه الوزارة، يقع في رأس قائمة الأولويات وأنه يسعى في ظل الأوضاع المالية البالغة الصعوبة إلى سلة متنوعة من الحلول التي تضمن تأمين الدواء في السوق اللبناني بأكبر قدر ممكن من الأسعار المعقولة.
 
وحتى الآن تحقق الانتظام في دورة استيراد الدواء بين المستوردين ومصرف لبنان من خلال مكننتها بإشراف الوزارة ومتابعتها، ما سيؤدي إلى تسريع عملية الاستيراد، وقد بدأت النتائج تظهر من خلال وصول كميات كبيرة من الأدوية في الفترة الأخيرة وتوقع استيراد كميات إضافية تباعا وفي شكل مستمر وأكثر تنظيما وتلبية للحاجات الفعلية.
 
يقتضي الواقع التوضيح أن ما سبق لا يعني إنجاز ملف الدواء بل سيبقى مفتوحا وإن بشكل أقل حدة من السابق. فالأموال المرصودة لدعم الدواء أقل مما تفرضه الحاجة، حتى بالنسبة إلى أدوية الأمراض السرطانية والمستعصية.
 
بناء عليه، يواصل وزير الصحة العامة البحث عن مصادر تمويل جديدة لتأمين الدواء لكل مريض، وتأمين حلول نهائية مبنية على قاعدة معلومات دقيقة وهادفة تحول دون أي استغلال للمال العام من خلال تهريب الدواء أو تخزينه واحتكاره. كما أن البطاقة الدوائية التي يتم العمل على إصدارها قريبا ستشكل ضمانة للمريض ودليلا للجهات الممولة كافة لأحقية تأمين التمويل اللازم للدواء.
 
إلى ذلك، حرصا على شفافية التواصل بين الوزارة والمرضى خصوصا المصابين بالأمراض السرطانية والمستعصية، تنشر وزارة الصحة العامة جدولين مفصلين بالأدوية التي وصلت إلى لبنان في الأيام الأخيرة والتي يتوقع وصولها في الفترة القريبة المقبلة.
