الصحة توضح كيفية الحصول على الرقم الصحي الموحد وإدخال الملف الطبي على برنامج أمان والمواكبة بالخط الساخن 1214

 
صدر عن المكتب الإعلامي في وزارة الصحة العامة البيان التالي:

" أعلنت وزارة الصحة العامة عن إطلاق حملة إعلامية لتثبيت معلومات الرأي العام حول مسار التتبّع MediTrack الذي بدأت الوزارة بتطبيقه تدريجيًا على الدواء، وكيفية حصول المواطن على رقمه الصحي الموحد (Unique Health ID) وتسجيل الملف الطبي على برنامج أمان. مع التذكير بأن هذا المسار يشمل حاليًا حوالى مئة وأربعين دواء مدعومًا لأمراض سرطانية ومستعصية، والعمل جار لشموله المزيد من الأدوية في مراحل لاحقة.
 
ويشكل الحصول على رقم صحي موحد (Unique ID) شرطًا أساسيًا للحصول على الأدوية المشمولة حاليًا بنظام التتبّع MediTrack، كما أن التسجيل على برنامج أمان هو الطريقة الوحيدة للحصول على الموافقة المسبقة من وزارة الصحة العامة لاستلام الدواء المدعوم من وزارة الصحة العامة بموجب البروتوكولات المعتمدة.
 
أولا- كيفية الحصول على الرقم الصحي الموحد (Unique ID):

  1. يتوجه المريض شخصيًا إلى وزارة الصحة العامة أو المراكز الخمسة عشر التابعة للوزارة (لائحة مرفقة) أو المستشفيات التي تعتمد نظام التتبّع ومعه هاتفه الخلوي ومستند التعريف الشخصي (بطاقة الهوية أو جواز السفر اللبناني أو إخراج القيد الأصلي بالنسبة للاجانب، يجب احضار بطاقة الإقامة الأصلية أو بطاقة اللجوء أو جواز السفر الأجنبي).
  2. يقدم المريض مستند التعريف ويتم أخذ صورته في مكتب الإستقبال وإدخال البيانات الخاصة به.
  3. يتلقى المريض رمزًا على هاتفه الخلوي لتأكيد التسجيل، ويدخل الموظف الرمز في البرنامج.
  4. وأخيراً، يتلقى المريض رقمه الصحي الموحد عبر رسالة نصية على هاتفه الخلوي.
 
ثانيًا- كيفية التسجيل على برنامج أمان واستلام الدواء:

  1. يدخل الطبيب المعالج الملف الطبي للمريض ونتائج فحوصاته والأدوية اللازمة له على نظام آمان.
  2. يتم تحويل الملف إلى اللجنة الطبية المختصة في وزارة الصحة العامة لدراسته وفقاً لبروتوكولات العلاج المعتمدة في وزارة الصحة العامة.
  3. بعد البت بالملف، يتلقى المريض رسالة نصية على رقم الهاتف المسجل في الطلب لابلاغه النتيجة (أي الموافقة على الملف، او تأجيله، أو رفضه)
  4. في حال الموافقة على الملف، يستلم المريض دواءه كالتالي:
  • إذا كان العلاج يؤخذ عبر الوريد يتصل المريض بالمستشفى التي تتّبع نظام MediTrack لتحديد موعد جلسة العلاج والحصول على الدواء.
  • أما إذا كان العلاج على شكل حبوب، يستلم مريض وزارة الصحة العامة دواءه من الكرنتينا، ومريض تعاونية موظفي الدولة من المركز المخصص لمرضى التعاونية في الكرنتينا. أما مريض الضمان، والقوى الأمنية، والجيش، وأمن داخلي، وأمن عام، وأمن دولة، فيستلم دواءه من الصيدلية التي يختارها من لائحة الصيدليات التي تعتمد نظام التتبّع، والتي يحصل عليها المريض عند تسجيله للرقم الصحي الموحد.
  1. إذا كان الملف مؤجلا على المريض مراجعة طبيبه المختص لاستكمال الملف.
  2. إذا كان الملف مرفوضًا، على المريض المتابعة مع طبيبه المختص لتقديم طلب جديد يتضمن خطة علاجية مناسبة لعلاجه وتتوافق مع بروتوكول الوزارة.
كما تذكر وزارة الصحة بالخط الساخن 1214 للتبليغ عن أي مخالفات او الاستفسار  للحصول على معلومات. "
