البرنامج الوطني للصحّة الإلكترونية



 
بناءً على القرار رقم 1/227 تاريخ 2013/3/4  

ينشأ لدى وزارة الصحة العامة البرنامج الوطني للصحة الإلكترونية National E-Health Program  بهدف تطوير القطاع الصحّي وتحسين جودة ونوعية الرعاية الصحية من خلال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ويتبع الى المديرية العامة للصحّة. يعنى هذا البرنامج بتطبيق المهام المحددة في المادة الثانية من هذا القرار.

تحدّد مهام البرنامج وفق التالي:
  • تعزيز وتطوير نظم المعلومات الصحيّة وقواعد البيانات وإنشاء مركز رئيسي للمعلومات الصحّية  Data Center
  • الإشراف على إدارة وتطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية E-Government
  • تبادل المعلومات والبيانات مع الإدارة العامة إلكترونيّا وربط وزارة الصحة العامة مع مختلف الإدارات العامة والنقابات المهنية   Interoperability
  • استعمال وسائل اتصال مختلفة كالهواتف الذكية والأجهزة اللاسلكية Wireless devices من اجل نشر المعلومات وتقديم الخدمات الصحيّة M-health
  • الوصفة الطبية الإلكترونية لتقليل نسبة الأخطاء الطبية والتكاليف ولدعم سلامة وأمان عملية الوصف الدوائي E-prescription
  • التطبيب عن بعد:استخدام وتبادل المعلومات الطبية من موقع جغرافي إلى موقع آخرعن طريق وسائل الاتصال الإلكترونية  لتقديم الخدمات التشخيصية والعلاجية للأفراد وبخاصة في المناطق النائية وللمصابين بالعجز والمسنين Telemedicine
  • التعليم الإلكتروني لتدريب العاملين في الوزارة وبناء الكوادر المتخصّصة في مجال المعلوماتية الصحيّة القادرة على مواكبة التطور في مجال تقنية المعلومات وتنمية مستمرة لمهارات العاملين الصحّيين وتطوير كفاءاتهم E-Learning
  • الإلتزام بأخلاقيات الصحّة الإلكترونية من خلال الحفاظ على مصداقية وسرية وخصوصية المعلومات وذلك بانشاء قواعد للأمن والخصوصية التي تحكم عملية استخدام المعلومات وحق الإطلاع عليها تضمن حقوق المواطنين.
  • التنسيق مع الجهات الوطنية والدولية لمواكبة التطور والإستفادة من الخبرات في هذا المجال.
