المعاييرالأخلاقية لترويج الأدوية

 
نظراً لأهمية اخضاع ممارسات تسويق الأدوية، بالإضافة إلى القوانين التي ترعاها، إلى معايير أخلاقية تتفق عليها الجهات المعنية وتتعهد بإحترامها؛

وبما أنه كان قد سبق لوزارة الصحة العامة ان اقترحت نصاً لميثاق وزعته على المعنيين لإبداء الرأي، ثم قامت بنشر المسودة الأخيرة على موقعها الإلكتروني بعنوان "ميثاق المعايير الأخلاقية لترويج الأدوية في لبنان وآليات الرصد والمراجعة"، بهدف اثارة نقاش عام حولها في سبيل التوافق على الصيغة النهائية.

تدعوكم وزارة الصحة العامة مجدداً للتقدم باقتراحاتكم لدرسها والنظر بإمكانية الأخذ بها عند الصياغة النهائية للميثاق من قبل لجنة تشكل لهذه الغاية.
