Prohibition The Entry Of Some People To MOPH Offices

منع معقبي المعاملات من الدخول الى مبنى وزارة الصحة

بناء لضرورات المصلحة العامة ومنعاً لدخول معقبي المعاملات الى مبنى وزارة الصحة العامة، قرر وزير الصحة وائل ابو فاعور منع منعاً باتاً دخول كل من المدعو محمد شعلان والمدعو هشام السبع الى كافة الوحدات المركزية والاقليمية في وزارة الصحة، ومنع اي موظف في الوزارة من استقبالهما والتعامل معهما، وذلك حرصا على عدم إخضاع الشركات والمواطنين لأي ابتزاز مادي.

وشدد ابو فاعور على ان عدم الالتزام بهذا القرار يعرض الاشخاص المذكورة اسماءهم اعلاه الى الملاحقة القانونية، كذلك يتعرض الموظف الذي يستقبلهما ويتعامل معهما ورئيسه المباشر الى المساءلة القانونية الكاملة.
