لائحة المعدات واللوازم الطبية المدّونة في وزارة الصحة العامة

تقوم وزارة الصحة العامة، بالتعاون مع الوكالة الفرنسية لسلامة الدواء، بوضع نظام لتنظيم استيراد واستخدام الأجهزة والمعدات والمستلزمات الطبية . ويتم تنفيذ هذا المشروع في سياق ترشيدي، حيث تعطي الوزارة الأولوية للاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المتاحة من أجل معرفة السوق و ممارسة الحد الأدنى من المراقبة في مرحلة ما بعد التسويق والتي تتضمن اتخاذ أية تدابير متابعة وفقاً للتوجهات العالمية.

ولذلك، بناء على القرار التنظيمي رقم 455/1 تاريخ 16/04/2013(تنظيم ادخال واستعمال المواد الطبية المختلفة)، تم وضع قواعد وإجراءات من أجل:

استيراد الأجهزة الطبية في لبنان بما في ذلك تسجيل الموردين.
تسجيل الأجهزة الطبية على اللائحة الوطنية للمعدات الطبية المغروسة
وضع إجراءات لمراقبة الأجهزة ما بعد التسويق.
