الأدوية المتشابهة في النطق أو الكتابة (LASA)


أن الأدوية المتشابهة في النطق أو الكتابة (LASA) هي تلك التي تتشابه أسمائها في النطق و/أو الكتابة، وقد يؤدي أي خلط بين هذة الأدوية إلى أخطاء دوائيِّة ضارة.

بهدف إعداد لائحة تحتوي على الأدوية المتشابهة في النطق أو الكتابة ، يُطلب من مستوردي الأدوية و مصنِّعي الأدوية المحلية إستكمال و تعبئة الائحة أدناه

عند الإنتهاء من تعبئة جداول المنتجات الخاصة بكل من المستوردين أو المصنعين، يُرجى إرسالها إلى برنامج جودة المستحضرات الصيدلانية في وزارة الصحة العامة على البريد الإلكتروني التالي وذلك بمدة أقصاها ٣١\٥\٢٠٢٣
