The MoPH Explains How the Exchange Rate for Non-Subsidized Medicines Has Been Set

 
أعلنت وزارة الصحة العامة في بيان، أن "القرار الصادر عن الوزير الدكتور حمد حسن بتحديد سعر صرف الدولار الأميركي للأدوية غير المدعومة بنسبة 65 في المئة من سعر الصرف في الأسواق اللبنانية (13650 ليرة لبنانية)، أتى بعد دراسة تبين فيها إمكان حسم 35 في المئة من هذا السعر موزعة كالاتي:
 
  • احتسبت نسبة ال15 في المئة التي كان يؤمنها المستوردون وفقا لمبدأ ال15_85 والتي كانت تتحملها الشركات الأم عن غالبية المستوردين تجاوبا مع الوضع الإستثنائي الذي يمر فيه لبنان.
  • احتسبت نسبة ال20 في المئة التي كان يلحظها المستوردون بدل تسويق ومؤتمرات علمية للأطباء وعروض خاصة للصيادلة؛ ويمكن الإستغناء عن هذا البدل كمساهمة من المستوردين بالمسؤولية الوطنية في الظرف الصعب الراهن.
  • كما أتى القرار بعد إجراء مقارنة مع الملفات المقدمة للإستيراد الطارئ والتي أظهرت فارقا بالأسعار لمنتجات صيدلانية موثوقة رديفة، ما قد ينعكس تلقائيا على أذونات إستيراد مستقبلية.
  • تذكر الوزارة بأن الأسعار ستعدل كل شهر أو كل ما دعت إليه الحاجة بموجب تعميم يصدر عنها، وتتطلع إلى المزيد من التعاون الإيجابي من الشركات في هذا المجال".
