Within the context of the on-going food safety campaign, the Ministry of Health, with the support of a patrol from the state security, performed the closure of a warehouse of food items to its owner Fadi Mahmoud Haider in Mount Beddawi in Danniyeh with red wax after the capture of expired food items and seals with fraudulent expiration date.
Observers also damaged amounts of bad and expired food. Health monitors also raided in the northern Bekaa, and inspected locations in Brital and Restaurants, shops and furnaces in Bednayel, and gave warnings to violators.
