The Ministry of Public Health, in collaboration with the Lebanese Society of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology, released the new version of “COVID-19 Symptom Checker Chatbot”, by adding the feature of virtual visit with a specialist authorized by the MOPH. This application was developed in collaboration with many companies working in the field of technology.

If you have any of the following symptoms: cough, runny nose, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, or other symptoms related to COVID-19, and want a quick assessment, this application will help you assess these symptoms and tell you what to do immediately by answering to quick questions.

If your answers show that there might be a chance, even a slight one that you have contracted COVID-19, this application will guide you to the nearest laboratory authorized by the Ministry of Public Health for PCR test. In the event that your condition requires special care, a specialist will assess it and follow up on you via online video.
