البرامج الممكننة ضمانة لحماية المريض من سوء الإدارة والكسب غير المشروع

 
إختتم وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الاعمال الدكتور فراس الأبيض زيارته باريس بلقاءات تمحورت حول سبل دعم الخطة الوطنية للسرطان كما التحول الرقمي في وزارة الصحة العامة. وبرز في المجال الأخير لقاؤه مع  المسؤولة عن التحول الرقمي في وزارة الصحة الفرنسية إيزابيل زبليط، حيث عرض الجانبان لخطة وزارة الصحة العامة التي تم إطلاقها بالتزامن مع خطة فرنسية جديدة في هذا المجال.

وتم الاتفاق على التعاون في تدريب العاملين المعنيين بالرقمنة في القطاع الصحي ومحو ما يمكن تسميته بالأمية الرقمية خصوصًا أن استخدام أدوات التحول الرقمي الصحي يتطلب مهارات محدثة ومتخصصة لضمان فاعلية البرامج والأنظمة المستخدمة.

كما تطرق البحث إلى إنشاء حاضنة أعمال لتشجيع الشركات الناشئة على الإستثمار في القطاع الصحي بالتعاون مع المعهد العالي للأعمال – ESA. وأكدت زبليط الاهتمام بدعم عدد من رواد الأعمال المتخصصين.

المؤسسة الوطنية للسرطان

 كذلك زار الوزير الأبيض المؤسسة الوطنية للسرطان INCA حيث اجتمع بالمدير العام تييري بروتون Thierry Breton ومسؤول البرامج الخارجية توماس دوبوا Thomas Dubois. وكان تقييم للخطة الوطنية للسرطان التي وضعتها وزارة الصحة العامة بالتعاون مع المعهد. وجرى البحث في كيفية الإستفادة من الخبرات الفرنسية في مراحل تنفيذها، حيث تم التوافق في المرحلة المقبلة على تدريب عدد من كوادر الوزارة لضمان حسن التنفيذ.

السفارة اللبنانية

وكان الأبيض عقد لقاء في السفارة اللبنانية في باريس مع عدد من أبناء الجالية اللبنانية بحضور القائم بالأعمال في السفارة زياد طعان. وشكل اللقاء مناسبة لإطلاع الحاضرين على المصاعب التي يواجهها النظام الصحي والجهود المبذولة في المقابل للمحافظة على مناعة هذا النظام وقدرته على تأدية الخدمات الصحية. كما كان عرض للمشاريع المشتركة بين وزارتي الصحة اللبنانية والفرنسية..

ونوه  بالتزام المغتربين بأهلهم في الوطن حيث تلعب تحويلاتهم السنوية الدور الأساسي في تجاوز التداعيات القاسية للأزمة المالية. وقال: "إن البرامج الممكننة التي تنفذها الوزارة من ضمن خطة التحول الرقمي تساعد على شفافية انفاق الوزارة وعدالة الوصول الى الخدمات الصحية، وإن استكمال تنفيذ الخطة سيشكل دفعًا قويًا لحماية المريض من أي سوء إدارة أو كسب غير مشروع.

كما اجتمع الأبيض بقنصل موناكو في لبنان الشيخ بشارة الخوري وتناول البحث الدعم الذي قدمته الإمارة للقطاع الصحي في لبنان وما يمكن تنفيذه من مشاريع مستقبلية.
