أبدى مدير العناية الطبية في وزارة الصحة العامة الدكتور جوزف الحلو" ارتياحه لموافقة مجلس الوزارة على نقل اعتماد من إحتياط الموازنة العامة إلى موازنة وزارة الصحة بقيمة اثنين وستين مليارا وخمسمئة مليون لتسديد المستحقات المتوجبة للمستشفيات الحكومية والخاصة والأطباء العاملين فيها لقاء تقديم علاج غسيل الكلى".

وأوضح الحلو في حديث الى "الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام أن "هذه المستحقات تأتي من خارج السقوف المالية المرصودة للمستشفيات بهدف تأمين الدعم ومساعدة المستشفيات والجسم الطبي على مواجهة الأزمة المالية الخانقة التي يشهدها لبنان".

وذكّر بأن" التعرفة الأساسية لجلسة غسيل الكلى كانت تبلغ مئة وسبعة وخمسين ألف ليرة أي بمعدل مئة دولار قبل الإنهيار المالي، وقد تمت زيادتها على دفعتين: في تشرين الأول 2021 زيدت إلى خمسمئة ألف ليرة لبنانية، ثم زيدت للمرة الثانية ابتداء من أول نيسان الماضي وأصبحت مليونًا ومئتي ألف ليرة لبنانية بحيث يتم تسديد مليون ليرة للمستشفى ومئتي ألف للطبيب. 

وسيستفيد من التعرفة الجديدة نحو ثمانين مستشفى ومركزا صحيا عاما وخاصا، وقرابة ألف وسبعمئة وخمسين مريضا يعالجون على نفقة وزارة الصحة العامة". 

وأكد مدير العناية الطبية أنه "بموجب هذه التعرفة يمنع طلب فروقات مالية من المرضى، وفي حال حصل ذلك فيجب إبلاغ وزارة الصحة العامة لإجراء المقتضى".
 
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن التعرفة الجديدة لغسيل الكلى باتت معتمدة كذلك ابتداء من شهر أيار الحالي في كل من الطبابة العسكرية وتعاونية الموظفين.
