Minister Abiad Receives Donation of Medicines From Qatar

 
تسلّم وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الأعمال الدكتور فراس الأبيض هبة من الأدوية المقدمة من "الهلال الأحمر القطري" بتمويل من "مؤسسة قطر الخيرية" في لقاء حضره مستشار سفير قطر في لبنان علي مطاوعة ومدير بعثة الهلال الأحمر القطري في لبنان الدكتور محمد السوسي.وتتضمن الهبة نحو أربعمئة وإحدى ثلاثين ألف علبة دواء (431,308) لأحد عشر (11) صنفا من أدوية الأمراض المزمنة الأكثر احتياجا بحسب لائحة وزارة الصحة العامة. وسيتم تقديم ما يعادل سبعين في المئة من هذه الأدوية إلى وزارة الصحة العامة لتوزيعها مجانًا على المرضى من خلال مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية المنتشرة في مختلف المناطق اللبنانية، على أن يتم تقديم الثلاثين في المئة من الكمية المتبقية إلى وزارة الداخلية والبلديات لتوزيعها على صيدليات قوى الأمن الداخلي.  

وفي كلمة للوزير الأبيض نوه بأن هذه الهبة "تشكل استمرارًا للدعم القطري المستمر والمشكور للبنان ولا سيما المشاريع الخاصة بالقطاع الإستشفائي ومن بينها دعم المستشفيات الحكومية من خلال هبة من المازوت تفوق قيمتها خمسة ملايين دولار، ما سمح لهذه المستشفيات بالإستمرارية في تقديم الخدمات في الفترة الصعبة الراهنة، فضلا عن دعم مستشفى الكرنتينا من خلال المباشرة بمشروع المبنى الجديد المجاور للمستشفى بقيمة حوالى عشرين مليون دولار، وغير ذلك من دعم المستشفيات الأخرى".

كما لفت إلى" البرامج المهمة المتعددة التي يقدمها الهلال الأحمر القطري في لبنان لمساعدة اللبنانيين والنازحين وكان أبرزها في الفترة الأخيرة التعاون المثمر لتوفير مياه الشرب الصالحة في عرسال للبنانيين والنازحين وكذلك توفير هذه المياه الصالحة في أماكن أخرى في لبنان".

وأكد وزير الصحة العامة أن" المهم في هذا الدعم أنه يُقدم من دون أي طلب، بل إن الإخوة القطريين يؤكدون أن ما يقدمونه هو جزء من الواجب الأخلاقي تجاه اللبنانيين". وتوجه الوزير الأبيض بالشكر الجزيل، مضيفا أن "من لا يشكر الناس لا يشكر الله"، آملا "تحسن الأوضاع في لبنان".

السوسي

بدوره، نوه السوسي "بان التعاون البناء الذي يلقاه الهلال الأحمر القطري من وزارة الصحة العامة يشكل دافعًا للإستمرار وتقديم المزيد من المشاريع بدعم وتبريك من السفارة القطرية في بيروت".

وبالنسبة إلى هبة الأدوية توجه السوسي بالشكر الكبير لـ"مؤسسة قطر الخيرية" التي قدمت التمويل ولمنظمة WMCA التي تتولى مهمة توزيع الأدوية على المستوصفات من ضمن بروتوكول موقع مع وزارة الصحة العامة. وأعلن أن "مشروع الأدوية وارد على خطة الهلال الأحمر للعام 2023، وهذه الهبة هي جزء منه لأن المشروع سيستمر "، وقال: "سنقوم ما بوسعنا ليتعافى لبنان ولمساعدة أهله وجميع المقيمين على أرضه، وسيتعزز ذلك خلال العام المقبل".
