الوزير الابيض يجتمع بالهيئة التأسيسية لموظفي المستشفيات الحكومية: العاملون المتفانون يستحقون الثناء والدعم
 

بتاريخ ٢٩/٤/٢٠٢٤ عقدت الهيئة التأسيسية لموظفي المستشفيات الحكومية اجتماعا مع وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور فراس الأبيض، حضره مستشاره الاستاذ سهيل ريا  وغالبية اعضاء الهيئة التأسيسية الممثلين عن المستشفيات.

استهل الاجتماع معالي الوزير مثنيا على جهود جميع العاملين في هذه المستشفيات الذين عملوا ولا يزالون يعملون بتفان وفي أصعب الظروف من اجل خدمة مجتمعهم وناسهم.

كما أكد الوزير الدكتور الأبيض ايمانه واهتمامه الكبير في القطاع الصحي الرسمي ووقوفه إلى جانب المستشفيات الحكومية حيث تجلى ذلك من خلال رفع سقوفها المالية واعطائها بعض الامتيازات لكي تتمكن من النهوض والتطور لخدمة جميع المواطنين في ظل هذه  الظروف الصعبة، وتكون مؤهلة لدفع المستحقات المالية للعاملين لديها.

وبعد المناقشة والتداول في جميع الأمور والمشاكل التي تعترض العاملين في المستشفيات  ، تم التأكيد على الأتي :
 
  1. بخصوص مرسوم الإنتاجية والمثابرة اكد وزير الصحة العامة انه طلب من جميع إدارات المستشفيات تزويد الوزارة بالمبالغ المطلوبة لتنفيذ هذا المرسوم عن فترة أربعة أشهر، بالإضافة إلى المفعول الرجعي ، مضيفا أنه سيبذل الجهود المطلوبة مع الجهات المعنية لتسريع تحصيل هذه المبالغ.
  2. بخصوص طبابة الموظفين والذين هم على عاتقهم ( زوجة_زوج_ابناء) ، اكد الوزير الأبيض أنه سوف يصدر تعميما يقضي بتحمل الوزارة فرق تسعيرة الضمان الاجتماعي، وفق آلية محددة يتم اعلام ادارات  المستشفيات بتفاصيلها، على ان يكون الاستشفاء حصرا ضمن المستشفيات الحكومية.
فيما عدا بعض الأعمال غير المتوفرة ضمن هذه المستشفيات.
 
  1.  بخصوص المنح المدرسية اكد الوزير الدكتور الأبيض ان الوزارة ليس لديها الامكانات المادية حاليا، وأن هذا الأمر من المفترض أن يكون على نفقة المستشفيات، ضمن القوانين المرعية الاجراء .
  2. طرح بعض الزملاء موضوع الحضور من اجل تطبيق مرسوم المثابرة وسوء الفهم الحاصل مع بعض الادارات وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالمناوبات (١٢ ساعة) واكد الوزير الأبيض ان القانون واضح ويجب العودة في هذا الخصوص إلى تعميم رئيس مجلس الوزراء الرئيس نجيب ميقاتي الذي حدد بموجبه كل هذه التفاصيل.
