MoPH Closes Two Beauty Centers and Two Clinics in Violation of the Laws

بعد الكشف الميداني من قبل مديرية العناية الطبية في وزارة الصحة العامة على مركز تجميل في منطقة مار مخايل العائد للمدعو ع.ي، تبيّن أنه منتحل صفة طبيب والمركز غير مرخّص. وبناءً على ذلك، تمّت إحالة الشخص المعني إلى النيابة العامة وإغلاق المركز.

كما كشف فريق المديرية على عيادة طب الأسنان للدكتورة ز.خ في منطقة فردان، وتبيّن أنها تقوم بأعمال تجميلية مخالفة للقوانين، رغم تعهدها سابقًا بعدم القيام بذلك. وبالتالي، صدر قرار بإغلاق العيادة.

وفي عيادة الدكتورة س.ب في العاقبية – قضاء صيدا، أظهر الكشف أنها تمارس أعمالًا طبية دون ترخيص من وزارة الصحة العامة، ما أدى إلى إصدار قرار بإغلاق العيادة.

أخيرًا، تبين بعد الكشف على مركز ج.ي للتجميل في الصرفند، أنه يقوم بأعمال طبية دون وجود طبيب مختص ودون ترخيص قانوني، مما استدعى اتخاذ قرار بإغلاق المركز.
