MoPH Closes a Pastry Shop in Clemenceau for Causing Poisoning Cases

 
اعلنت وزارة الصحة العامة في بيان انها  اقفلت باتيسري Better from Scratch في كليمنصو بالشمع الأحمر بقرار من وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور فراس الأبيض، بعدما تأكد للوزارة أن سبب تسجيل أكثر من حالة تسمم في إحدى مستشفيات العاصمة يعود إلى تناول حلويات من الباتيسري. وتمت إحالة الملف إلى النيابة العامة. وكان فريق من المراقبين الصحيين في الوزارة، وإثر بلاغات عن حالات تسمم بباكتيريا السلمونيللا، قد قام بالتحقيق فتبين أن الوجبة المشتركة للمصابين كانت تناول حلويات من الباتيسري المذكورة.
 
ولدى الكشف على الباتيسري تبين أنها تحتوي على مواد لتصنيع الحلويات منتهية الصلاحية منذ عام 2021 قبل ثلاث سنوات (مرفقة الصور) كما أن الباتيسري غيرمرخصة، ما حتم قرار الإقفال بالشمع الأحمر.
 
إن وزارة الصحة العامة تعيد التشديد على ضرورة الإلتزام بالشروط الصحية والقانونية في موضوع سلامة الغذاء، والتي يجب إيلاؤها من قبل المعنيين أهمية إضافية في ظل موجة الحر الحالية وعوامل تغير الطقس. وتؤكد الوزارة ألا تساهل مع المخالفين في هذا الموضوع على الإطلاق بل إن الإجراءات الصارمة ستتواصل بحقهم حفظا للسلامة العامة.
