Closure of "Fimalco" Warehouse and Request from HE Minister of Interior Closure of "Dental World" Company


قرر وزير الصحة العامة وائل ابو فاعور إقفال مستودع شركة "فيمالكو" للتجارة والصناعة لبيع مواد لطب الاسنان في شارع مار الياس في بيروت، بصورة مؤقتة ولحين صدور حكم القضاء، بعدما ثبت للتفتيش الصيدلي انها تقوم بالاتجار بأدوية بنج اسنان مهربة خلافا للترخيص المعطى لها في وزارة الصحة كمستودع لبيع مواد طب الاسنان حصراً.

كما طلب ابو فاعور من وزير الداخلية والبلديات اقفال مؤسسة dental world غير الصيدلانية بعدما ثبت لوزارة الصحة وجود أدوية في داخلها مما يخالف احكام قانون مزاولة مهنة الصيدلة.

واحال وزير الصحة مؤسستي dental world و"فيمالكو" الى النيابة العامة التمييزية، لمتابعة التحقيقات المقتضاة مع المخالفين واتخاذ الاجراءات القانونية المناسبة.
