قرر وزير الصحة العامة وائل ابو فاعور اقفال صيدلية "ابن رشد" الكائنة في بيروت – حي الزيدانية لصاحبها الصيدلي نور الدين عفيف الرفاعي، بصورة مؤقتة، وذلك لمدة يومين، بعدما تبين للتفتيش الصيدلي بانه يبيع ادوية بسعر اعلى من الاسعار المحددة من قبل وزارة الصحة وفقا لمؤشر الاسعار الصادر عنها بصورة دورية.

واحال الملف الى النيابة العامة التمييزية لمتابعة التحقيقات عملا بأحكام القوانين والانظمة المرعية الاجراء وابلاغ الوزارة بالنتيجة.

كما قرر ابو فاعور اقفال "صيدلية العاملي" والغاء إجازة فتحها واستثمارها المعطاة لصاحبها الصيدلي محمد مهدي احمد ملاح في حومين الفوقا في قضاء النبطية، بعد التأكد من ان اسم الصيدلي ملاح مستعاراً في صيدلية العاملي وقد سبق واعترف بهذا الامر امام مجلس تأديب نقابة الصيادلة وتعهد بإقفالها بمدة اقصاها 10/10/2015.

وعلى اثر تبلغ وزارة الصحة العامة من نقابة الصيادلة عن وجود صيدلية وهمية تحت اسم "صيدلية جواد" في منطقة الاوزاعي صادر عنها فواتير بيع دواء بالدولار الاميركي. أحال الوزير ابو فاعور الملف الى النيابة العامة التمييزية لمتابعة التحقيقات بالقضية، بعدما تعذر على الصيادلة المفتشين التابعين لمصلحة الصحة في جبل لبنان متابعة الموضوع بسبب عدم إيجادهم مكان الصيدلية المخالفة.
