Press Release in Response to "Al Akhbar" Newspaper Concerning Chebaa Governmental Hospital

 
صدر عن المكتب الاعلامي لنائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة العامة غسان حاصباني البيان الآتي:

استمرارا لمسلسل الاخبار المضللة وغير الدقيقة، تصور جريدة "الاخبار" في مقال بعددها الصادر اليوم الخطوات الاصلاحية الواضحة بشأن مستشفى شبعا الحكومي وكأنها عمل خفافيش الليل، بينما القرار الذي صدر عن نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة العامة غسان حاصباني بتعيين لجنة ادارية جديدة لمستشفى شبعا حصل في وضح النهار وتم توزيعه للاعلام  كما تم تبليغه الى الجهات المعنية بمن فيها مجلس الخدمة المدنية والتفتيش المركزي.

 وهذا القرار أتى حلا لعقدة إدارة المستشفى المشلول بسبب عدم قدرة الإدارة السابقة على تسيير هذا المرفق الصحي المهم جدا لأبناء شبعا والعرقوب وذلك بعد مفاوضات جدية مع الإمارات العربية المتحدة. اذ كانت دولة الإمارات قد وهبت المستشفى للبنان وأناطت ادارته لجمعية خاصة لكن الاخيرة لم تتمكن من تسيير المرفق بالطريقة المطلوبة لإنجاحه، وما تعيين لجنة لادارته سوى خطوة انقاذية موقتة الى ان يعين مجلس إدارة بمرسوم يصدر عن مجلس الوزراء.

وبانتظار هذه الخطوة، لا بد من اتخاذ خطوات لاطلاق العمل بهذا المرفق بشكل متكامل والتأكد من استمراريته في هذه الحالة الاستثنائية. فهل المطلوب ان يبقى المستشفى مقفلا ام الاجدى هو أخذ المبادرة كونه مؤسسة عامة، وإصلاح أوضاعه لخدمة أهل الجنوب؟!
