Minister Jabak was Briefed on the Problems Encountered By the Nursing Sector and Promised To Follow Up on Cuts in Salaries


إستقبل وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة  تصريف الاعمال  الدكتور جميل جبق وفدا من نقابة الممرضات والممرضين في لبنان برئاسة ميرنا ضومط، وتناول البحث المشاكل والتحديات التي تواجه القطاع، ولا سيما الأزمة المتمثلة بلجوء عدد من المستشفيات الخاصة الى عدم دفع كامل الرواتب، وبلغت قيمة الحسومات في بعض المستشفيات نصف الراتب.

وطلب الوزير جبق إعداد الملفات المطلوبة لاتخاذ القرارات والإجراءات المناسبة في شأنها؛ كما تم الاتفاق مع النقابة على وضع خطة عمل لحماية الممرضات والممرضين وتطوير عملهم بما يسهم في تحفيزهم وعدم سعيهم إلى الهجرة للعمل في بلدان أخرى. وأكد وزير الصحة العامة أنه صمام الأمان لكل ممرضة وممرض في لبنان لافتا إلى اهمية القطاع التمريضي بحيث أنه لا إمكانية لعمل الطبيب من دون  الممرضات والممرضين؛ وشدد الوزير جبق على أن وزارة الصحة مسؤولة عن تأمين الأمان الوظيفي وعدم تعرض هذا القطاع لأي غبن ومشكلة من أي نوع كان.

من جهة ثانية، وبالنسبة إلى ما يعانيه القطاع التمريضي في المستشفيات الحكومية لناحية عدم قبض الرواتب منذ أكثر من ثلاثة أشهر اوضح الوزير جبق أنه أحال في شهر آب الماضي كامل مستحقات المستشفيات الحكومية بما فيها رواتب ومستحقات الممرضات والممرضين إلى وزارة المالية حتى شهر أيلول 2019، مضيفا ان االتأخير يعود إلى بيروقراطية العمل في الدولة  اللبنانية.
