Prevention Guidance On World Cancer Day


بعض النصائح والإرشادات الصحية  للوقاية  من مرض السرطان:
 
  • حافظ على وزنك المثالي معتمدا مؤشر كتلة الجسم ( و الذي يساوي الوزن /مربع الطول بالمتر والمعدل الطبيعي يتراوح بين 18.5 الى 25 )
  • مارس النشاط الرياضي يوميا لمدة نصف ساعة  فهو يساعد في التحكم في وزنك ويخفف من خطر الإصابة بعدة أنواع من السرطان
  • إحم نفسك من أشعة الشمس في منتصف النهار والأشعة الإصطناعية الناتجة عن إستعمال أسرّة التسمير- (solarium ) لتتجنب سرطان الجلد
  • لا تدخن أي نوع من التبغ ( بما في ذلك  الأرجيلة) لأنه يعرضك للإصابة بسرطان الرئة وتجنب التعرض للدخان السلبي (الدخان المستنشق من السجائر أو الغليون أو منتجات التبغ الأخرى من حولك)
 
  • اتبع نظاما غذائيا صحيا :
  1. أكثر من تناول الخضراوات والأطعمة الطازجة وتناول الحبوب الكاملة
  2. تجنب تناول اللحوم المصنعة لأنه يزيد من خطر الإصابة بأنواع معينة من السرطان
  3. قلل من تناول اللحوم الحمراء مثل اللحم البقري، والضأن ،ولحم الخنزير،لأنها  تزيد من خطر الإصابة بسرطان الأمعاء .
  4. الحد من استهلاك الوجبات السريعة وغيرها من الأطعمة المصنعة الغنية بالنشويات المشبعة والدهون غير المشبعة أو السكريات
  5. قلل من إستهلاك الملح للحماية أيضا من أمراض مزمنة أخرى
  6. أكثر من شرب الماء وقلل من إستهلاك المشروبات المحلاة
  7. مع كمية الكحول التي تشربها يزداد خطر الإصابة بأنواع مختلفة من السرطان
  • لا تأخذ المكملات الغذائية للوقاية من السرطان إسع  إلى تلبية الاحتياجات الغذائية من خلال النظام الغذائي إن أمكن .
  • تجنب السلوكيات المحفوفة بالمخاطر (ممارسة الجنس الآمن ولا تشارك بالحقن )
  • الرضاعة الطبيعية تقلل من خطر الإصابة بالسرطان 
 
  • يجب الخضوع لبعض الفحوصات للكشف المبكر لبعض السرطانات مثل :
  1. فحص  FIT   للكشف عن سرطان القولون إبتداء من عمر 50  للرجال والنساء
  2. الفحص الشعاعي للثدي للسيدات من عمر 40
  3. فحص الزجاجة لعنق الرحم للكشف المبكر عن سرطان الرحم كل 3 سنوات  ابتداء من عمر 30 إلى  65 (للمتزوجات وغير المتزوجات )
