The MoPH Launches New Hotline 1787

 
تعلم وزارة الصحة العامة المواطنين ببدء العمل بخط ساخن جديد 1787 لتلقي الاتصالات والاستفسارات والشكاوى على مدار الساعة.

يتوقف استقبال الإتصالات على الرقمين اللذين اعتمدا في الفترة السابقة 01594459 و1214 الذي سيتوقف لفترة من الوقت لزوم أعمال صيانة.

وللمناسبة، تتقدم وزارة الصحة بالشكر من وزير الاتصالات في حكومة تصريف الاعمال المهندس طلال حواط الذي اهتم بالموضوع وأمن التشغيل السريع للخط تسهيلا لخدمة المواطنين، رغم إصابته بكورونا، متمنية له الشفاء العاجل.

كما، تذكر الوزارة المواطنين برقم خلية الأزمة 01832700 المتاح على مدى 24 ساعة لتأمين نقل المرضى المصابين بكورونا إلى حيث توجد أسرة عناية فائقة متاحة لاستقبالهم.
