الأبيض ترأس اجتماعا بحث في اوضاع مرضى غسيل الكلى: لعدم تحميلهم أي كلفة إضافية


ترأس وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الاعمال الدكتور فراس الأبيض إجتماعا في وزارة الصحة العامة خصص للبحث في المشاكل التي تواجه مرضى غسيل الكلى، حضره المدير العام للصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي الدكتور محمد كركي، المدير العام لتعاونية موظفي الدولة الدكتور يحيى خميس، رئيس الطبابة العسكرية  العميد الركن جورج يوسف، رئيس الإتحاد العمالي العام بشارة الأسمر، نقيب أصحاب المستشفيات الخاصة سليمان هارون، رئيس الجمعية اللبنانية لأمراض الكلى الدكتور روبير نجم، ممثل الشركات المستوردة لمستلزمات غسيل الكلى بيار فرح ومدير العناية الطبية في وزارة الصحة العامة الدكتور جوزف الحلو.
 
وأكد الوزير الأبيض أن "الإجتماع يهدف إلى تنسيق الجهود المشتركة لتحقيق مصلحة مرضى غسيل الكلى بحيث لا يتحمل هؤلاء أي كلفة إضافية على علاجهم". وشدد في هذا المجال على أن "الدعم الكامل لعلاج غسيل الكلى مستمر مئة في المئة وليس من خطط لرفعه"، مؤكدا أنه "سيتابع مع مصرف لبنان المركزي موضوع مستحقات الشركات العالمية التي يستورد منها لبنان مستلزمات غسيل الكلى بما يؤمن حصول الشركات على مستحقاتها في أقرب وقت ممكن".
 
واتفق المجتمعون على ما يلي:
  • " الإلتزام بعدم تكبيد المرضى أي كلفة إضافية.
  •   إلتزام الجهات الضامنة بدراسة السبل الكفيلة بتسريع دفع مستحقات المستشفيات عن غسيل الكلى لدى هذه الجهات.
  •  عدم تقاضي الأطباء أتعابًا إضافية من المرضى لقاء جلسات غسيل الكلى خارج إطار التعرفة الرسمية.
  •  إعداد دراسة جديدة للكلفة الحالية لجلسة غسيل الكلى التي كانت وزارة الصحة العامة والجهات الضامنة قد زادت تعرفتها قبل فترة قصيرة، على أن يتم نقاشها في اجتماع ثان محدد في الثامن عشر من الشهر الجاري لاتخاذ القرار المناسب في شأنها".
