MoPH Announces 40 Cases of Viral Hepatitis A in Kamed al-Lawz


أعلنت وزارة الصحة العامة البيان التالي:

"تم ابلاغ وزارة الصحة العامة بتاريخ 23  نيسان 2024  من قبل بلدية كامد اللوز في قضاء البقاع الغربي عن تفشي حالات التهاب الكبد الفيروسي الالفي. وقد سُجّلت لتاريخه 40 حالة من قبل المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية والمختبرات.

بناءً عليه، تم اجراء فحص ميداني لنسبة الكلور المتبقي في شبكة مياه الشرب في البلدة  ومصادرها. وأظهرت النتيجة عدم وجود النسبة المطلوبة من الكلور المتبقي لمكافحة الجراثيم. على الاثر، تم أخذ عينات من المياه وارسالها الى مختبر المياه في مستشفى ضهر الباشق الحكومي، بانتظار صدور النتائج.

من هنا، تذّكر وزارة الصحة العامة المواطنين ان التهاب الكبد الفيروسي الالفي هو مرض ناتج عن فيروس التهاب الكبد الفيروسي الالفي (A). يتم انتقاله الى الانسان عبر المياه الملوثة او المواد الغذائية الملوثة او الايدي الملوثة، ويمتد معدل فترة الحضانة من 28 الى 30 يوم بعد العدوى، وتتضمن العوارض الحمى واليرقان الحاد.

وتحرص الوزارة على تذكير الموطنين بإجراءات الوقاية من التهاب الكبد الفيروسي الالفي وهي: سلامة المياه، كلورة المياه، سلامة الغذاء، وغسل اليدين.

وتتابع وزارة الصحة العامة الحدث بالتنسيق مع البلدية ووزارة الطاقة والمياه ومصالح المياه من جهة تأمين حسن عمل الكلورة ومضخات الكلورة لتفادي تفشي التهاب الكبد الفيروسي الالفي.

وفي هذا الإطار، تواصل وزارة الصحة العامة وبالتنسيق مع الصليب الأحمر اللبناني تدريب البلديات على مراقبة نسبة الكلور المتبقي من خلال الفحص الميداني (pool tester)".
