Step by Step is a free and confidential psychological support program for people experiencing stress and difficult emotions, available through an application or the website. Users receive weekly psychological support through the program over the phone from trained people, for a period of 5 weeks. The Step by Step program is managed by the National Mental Health Programme at the Ministry of Public Health, and is currently provided as a free service aimed at helping people living in Lebanon obtain psychological support.
