تفعيل المراجعات على الخط الساخن 1214: خطوة جديدة تعلن عنها الصحة لتعزيز التواصل مع مرضى الأمراض السرطانية والمستعصية


يسر وزارة الصحة العامة أن تعلن عن خطوة جديدة تعزز التواصل مع مرضى الأمراض السرطانية والمستعصية.

فقد وضعت الوزارة في خدمتهم الخط الساخن 1214 بعدما أعادت تفعيل خدمة المراجعات على هذا الخط بهدف تسهيل حصولهم على دوائهم والمعلومات المتعلقة بالعلاجات اللازمة.

من خلال ال1214 يمكن للمواطنين المرضى والمهتمين بهم الاستفسار عن التالي:
  • الحصول على إرشادات حول المراكز الطبية المعتمدة التي يمكنهم من خلالها إنشاء رقم صحي موحّد.
  • المسار المطلوب للحصول على الدواء بشكل منتظم
  • آلية الحصول على العلاجات الخاصة بالأمراض السرطانية والمستعصية

يعمل الخط الساخن 1214 من الساعة الثامنة صباحًا حتى الساعة الواحدة ظهرًا من الإثنين إلى الجمعة للاجابة عن الاستفسارات المذكورة وما قد يتصل بها من توضيحات يحتاج إليها المرضى والمهتمون بهم.
