وفيه أن غارات العدو الإسرائيلي ليوم أمس الاربعاء 13 تشرين الثاني 2024 اسفرت عن 21 شهيدا و 73 جريحا.

وبلغت الحصيلة الإجمالية لعدد الشهداء والجرحى منذ بدء العدوان حتى يوم أمس 3386 شهيدا و 14417 جريحا.
