وفيه أن غارات العدو الإسرائيلي ليوم أمس الاربعاء 20 تشرين الثاني 2024 اسفرت عن 25 شهيدا و 121 جريحا.

وبلغت الحصيلة الإجمالية لعدد الشهداء والجرحى منذ بدء العدوان حتى يوم أمس 3583 شهيدا و 15244 جريحا.
