تم تطوير بطاقة التقييم بناءً على "معايير الحضانات التابعة لوزارة الصحة العامة في لبنان"، و"الدليل الوطني لرعاية الطفولة المبكرة"، و"دليل الإجراءات لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للحضانات الخاصة" (مرجع AUB K2P)

شكلت مؤشرات الجودة الأساس لبطاقة التقييم، وتم اعتمادها من قبل ووزارة الصحة العامة

دعت وزارة الصحة العامة جميع الحضانات الخاصة المعتمدة إلى حضور جلسة عبر الإنترنت لتقديم بطاقة التقييم، مناقشة محتواها، وإبلاغ أصحاب الحضانات بضرورة تعبئتها .

استجابت 205 حضانات للاستبيان وأكملت بطاقات التقييم.

تم توضيح النتائج التفصيلية للاستبيان في الجداول والأشكال في القسم التالي.

تم تقسيم الدرجات إلى 3 فئات  

يوفر هذا التصنيف فهماً أكثر تفصيلاً للأسباب المؤدية إلى  درجات الجودة،في دور الحضانة المرخصة في لبنان.
