وزير الصحة يلتقي مدير البنك الدولي ساروج كومار
وتوافق على العمل المشترك وتحسين الواقع الصحي


زار وفد من البنك الدولي برئاسة المدير الاقليمي ساروج كومار وزير الصحة العامة د. جميل جبق في مكتبه في الوزارة، وجرى عرض للواقع الصحي المتردي لشريحة واسعة من اللبنانيين والوضع الصعب للمستشفيات الحكومية والحاجة الماسة الى التجهيز والتأهيل. وقد تركز حديث مدير البنك الدولي والوفد على ضرورة تجاوز الثغرات والهدر السابق في طريقة صرف الاموال.

الوزير جبق:

طالب الوزير جبق بالدعم المالي ووضرورة زيادته لدعم المستشفيات الحكومية لجهة التجهيز والتحديث في اقسام جديدة اساسية في مختلف المناطق ودعم تمويل الفاتورة الاستشفائية والدوائية. وقد أكد جبق على الشفافية والوضوح في العمل واشراك البنك الدولي في الاشراف والرقابة والاعتماد على سياسة ترشيد الانفاق وحسن ادارة الصرف وإعمال الشفافية تجنبا للثغرات ، كما الاعتماد على المنهجية المستندة الى دراسات وخطط في العمل.

تصريح ساروج:

كان اللقاء ايجابيا جدا وبناء مع معالي وزير الصحة، وجرى عرض للواقع الصحي وحاجات المستشفيات الحكومية والمواطنين. كما كان النقاش مريحا لجهة اداء الوزير واطّلاعه عن كثب على الواقع الصحي. عملنا وما زلنا وسنبقى نعمل وندعم القطاع الصحي بمشاريع ودعم سيطال شريحة واسعة مستندين على الشراكة في العمل بالقطاع الصحي في سبيل تحسين الواقع الموجود. نشدد على حسن الصرف والاستثمار الصحيح في التمويل لتفادي الثغرات السابقة الاسراع في الانطلاق في المشاريع المشتركة او المدعومة من البنك الدولي. لا بد من وضع الامور على السكة عبر خطط ودراسات. تم الاتفاق على تحديد موعد ثان قريب خلال الشهر الجاري.
