يبدأ الثلاثاء المقبل تطبيق قرار تخفيض سعر حليب الأطفال الرضع من الولادة حتى عمر السنة في الأسواق اللبنانية، بعدما أصدرت وزارة الصحة العامة مساء أمس جدولا يتضمن الأسعار الجديدة لأنواع الحليب المستورد ونشرته على موقعها الإلكتروني، وذلك تنفيذًا للقرار 2548/1 الصادر عن وزير الصحة العامة والذي ينص على تحديد سعر الحليب لعبوّة الـ 400 غرام بحدود 12000 ليرة لبنانية كحد أقصى مهما كان بلد المنشأ، ولعبوة الـ400 غرام ذات التركيبة الخاصة بحدود 13200 ليرة لبنانية.

ومن المرتقب أن ينعكس هذا القرار تخفيضًا للفاتورة الشرائية للحليب بمعدل 30% بعدما بلغت هذه الفاتورة السنة الماضي حوالى سبعين (70) مليون دولار، على أن يعتبر كل من المستورد والموزع مسؤولا عن تطبيق القرار ويُكلف التفتيش الصيدلي مراقبة تنفيذه.

وفي تصريح لمستشار وزير الصحة العامة لشؤون الدواء د. رياض فضل الله أوضح أنه تم اتخاذ القرار في شهر كانون الأول 2019 ووقعه وزير الصحة السابق د. جميل جبق، بعدما تبين أن أسعار عبوات الحليب للرضع في دول مجاورة كالأردن ودول الخليج أقل مما هي عليه في لبنان بنسبة الثلث، وبعدما تأكدت لجنة مؤلفة من خبراء ونقباء واختصاصيين أن المواد القانونية المتعلقة بتنظيم تسويق منتجات تغذية الرضيع والوليد ووسائلها، تجيز تحديد سعر حليب الرضع وفرض التسعيرة في الاسواق.

أضاف فضل الله أن التفاوت الذي حصل في سعر الصرف نتيجة الأزمة المالية الراهنة أدى إلى التأخر جزئيًا في تطبيق القرار، ما دفع الوزارة إلى إجراء مفاوضات مكثفة مع مصرف لبنان الذي وافق المسؤولون فيه على ضم حليب الأطفال الرضع إلى لائحة المنتجات المشمولة بدعم المصرف، ما سينعكس إيجابًا على العائلات اللبنانية التي لا توفر وسيلة لتأمين الأفضل لأطفالها.
