Good News for all Lebanese citizens: The Adoption of the Draft Law on Health Card Fully in the Finance and Budget Committee

صدر عن المكتب الاعلامي لنائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة العامة غسان حاصباني البيان الآتي:
أقرت البنود المتبقية من اقتراح قانون البطاقة الصحية في لجنة المال الموازنة صباح اليوم، اي انه مر في لجان الصحة، الادارة والعدل، المال والموازنة كاملا.
وصرح نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الصحة غسان حاصباني من ساحة النجمة: "اقرار اقتراح قانون البطاقة الصحية او الرعاية الصحية الشاملة بشرى ايجابية للبنانيين جميعا وسيكمل طريقه التشريعي وفق التصميم والتصور الذي وضعناه".
وذكر حاصباني انها ستؤمن ملفا صحيا وتغطية لكافة اللبنانيين عبر فحوصات سنوية في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الاولية والمستشفيات التي ستعتمد هذا النظام، كما ستؤمن للمواطنين الذين لا جهة ضامنة لهم الى جانب الفحوصات الخارجية تغطية اعلى في الاستشفاء وستوفر ادوية الامراض المزمنة والمستعصية.
ولفت وزير الصحة الى ان من شأن هذا القانون ان ينظم التغطية الصحية لكافة المواطنين ويخفف الزيادة المضطردة بالكلفة خصوصا مع ارتفاع معدل العمر في لبنان، ويشكل خطوة عملية اولى لتوحيد الجهات الضامنة في المستقبل ولا يتعارض مع القوانين القائمة حاليا المتعلقة بهذه الجهات. 
ونوه حاصباني بجهود النواب في لجان الصحة والادارة والعدل والمال والموازنة على مدار سنة كاملة و بالعمل الدؤوب الذي ادى الى توافق شامل حول المقاربة التي قدمها لاقتراح القانون الذي بدأ مساره مع النائب السابق عاطف مجدلاني ونال دعما من الكتل النيابية كافة، خصوصا العمل الذي قام به رؤساء اللجان النائبان عاصم عراجي وابراهيم كنعان والنائب السابق روبير غانم
