The Moph Takes Legal Action against the Journalist Hanadi Issa for Posting a Fake Tweet

 
تقدمت وزارة الصحة العامة، بشخص وزير الصحة في حكومة تصريف الأعمال الدكتور حمد حسن، بشكوى الى هيئة القضايا في وزارة العدل تتضمن طلبا بالإدعاء على الإعلامية هنادي عيسى "بجرم الإفتراء وترويج المعلومات الكاذبة وإثارة الذعر والبلبلة لدى الرأي العام"، مع طلب التعويض عن العطل والضرر.

وارفقت الشكوى بملف يتعلق بتغريدة كاذبة نشرتها عيسى على حسابها عبر التويتر أكدت فيهاأن "أرقام الوفيات التي تعلن في لبنان بسبب الكورونا ليست حقيقية"، مشيرة الى حالة حصلت معها تتعلق بوفاة خالها بسبب السرطان ورفض المستشفى تسليم الجثة الا بعد توقيع الأهل على مستند يفيد عن موت المريض بسبب الكورونا وقبض مبلغ عشرة ملايين ليرة لبنانية.

وبناء على هذه التغريدة، قامت مواقع إلكترونية عدة بتبني ونشر التغريدة إضافة الى مجموعات عبر الواتساب.

وورد في طلب الإدعاء أن مدير العناية الطبية في وزارة الصحة العامة الدكتور جوزف الحلو ومستشار وزير الصحة للشؤون الإعلامية السيد رضا الموسوي إستفسرا عن الموضوع، بحيث جرى الإتصال بالإعلامية المشار اليها للاستحصال على المعلومات المتعلقة بالمريض المتوفي والمستشفى المعني، فكان جواب عيسى بأن المعلومات الواردة في تغريدتها عن دفع الأموال لذوي المتوفين بالكورونا هي معلومات متناقلة على لسان أشخاص عدة، ما يشير الى عدم المصداقية وتضليل الرأي العام.

وبناء على ما تقدم، فإن وزارة الصحة العامة "ومنعا من استغلال المجتمع المدني الذي يعاني ما يكفيه، ومنعا لإستغلال المنابر الإعلامية لتضليل الرأي العام ومحاولة إكتساب شهرة زائفة، وحرصا على الإعلام الحر الصادق الذي ينقل الخبر الدقيق، ومنعا لإستهداف الجسم الطبي وإثارة حال من الخوف والإرتياب لدى الرأي العام، وإنطلاقا من نص المادة 18 من المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 1983/151 التي أعطت هيئة القضايا في وزارة العدل حق إقامة الدعاوى بإسم الدولة اللبنانية والدفاع عنها في الدعاوى المقامة عليها، فأن الوزارة تطلب من الهيئة التفضل بالإطلاع على الملف ومرفقاته وإقامة الدعاوى الضرورية على ناشرة التغريدة الكاذبة، مع طلب التعويض عن العطل والضرر".
