Minister Hasan Announces Berri's Initiative to Move the Field Hospital from Tyre to Beirut

 
 
 
وزير الصحة أعلن عن مبادرة لبري بنقل المستشفى الميداني من صور الى بيروت وأكد البدء بتوزيع أجهزة التنفس والاوكسيجين

 
أعلن المكتب الاعلامي لوزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الاعمال الدكتور حمد حسن في بيان، أن الوزارة "تواصل مساعيها لمواجهة الضغط الذي ترزح تحته البلاد في مواجهة وباء كورونا، رغم كل الظروف المعاكسة اقتصاديا ماليا ومعيشيا، وهي تعمل على أكثر من مستوى لتبديد ما أمكن من تداعيات الأزمة الصحية".

وبحسب البيان، فانه تم تسجيل التطورات الاتية: "أولا - بالنسبة إلى أجهزة التنفس والأوكسيجين: تسلمت الوزارة فجرا 18 قطعة من أجهزة التنفس الكاملة (ICU Ventilators)، لاستخدامها في أقسام العناية الفائقة للمرضى من ذوي الحالات الحرجة، وهي تشكل الدفعة الأخيرة من سلسلة دفعات إشترتها الوزارة في شهر آذار الماضي من قرض البنك الدولي، وتأخر وصولها بسبب مشكلة تحويلات مالية للمستورد. وقد بدأ توزيع الأجهزة بمتابعة من رئيس حكومة تصريف الأعمال الدكتور حسان دياب ووزير الصحة العامة الدكتور حمد حسن بحسب الضرورة.

كما تضمنت الدفعة التي تم تسلمها أجهزة أوكسيجين بالأنف عالي الضغط (High Flow Nasal Cannula Devices)، وبدأ توزيعها على سبيل هبات أو إعارة للمستشفيات الخاصة والحكومية التي تشهد ضغطا كبيرا وتبدي تعاونا جديا لمصلحة مرضى كورونا، وفق الاتي: 48 جهازا ل25 مستشفى خاصا و42 جهازا ل13 مستشفى حكوميا في مختلف المحافظات.

وتترقب الوزارة في وقت قريب وصول دفعة إضافية من أسرة العناية الفائقة وأجهزة التنفس التي تم شراؤها من منظمة الصحة العالمية وسيتم توزيعها بالمنهجية نفسها على مستشفيات حكومية وخاصة.

ثانيا- بالنسبة إلى المستشفيات الميدانية المقدمة من دولة قطر:
بادر دولة رئيس مجلس النواب الأستاذ نبيه بري مشكورا إلى الطلب أمس من وزير الصحة العامة تحويل المستشفى الميداني القطري من صور إلى مستشفى رفيق الحريري الحكومي الجامعي أو المدينة الرياضية، على أن تقوم جامعة البلمند بجهود مشكورة من رئيسها الدكتور الياس وراق بتشغيل المستشفى بالتعاون مع النقابات المعنية وكليات الطب والمستشفيات الجامعية والصليب الأحمر بمواكبة مباشرة من وزارة الصحة العامة وفرقها المتخصصة. في الوقت نفسه، تستمر الأعمال في سير الضنية وطرابلس لتركيب المستشفيين الميدانيين القطريين في القريب العاجل ونقل الأجهزة الموجودة في المدينة الرياضية إليهما.

ثالثا- بالنسبة إلى اللقاحات:
يطمئن وزيرة الصحة الى أن الإتصالات قائمة على الأصعدة كافة لتأمين اللقاح من عدة مصادر رسمية وخاصة بالتعاون مع كل المبادرين، خصوصا بعد إقرار الهيئة العامة لمجلس النواب القانون الخاص بتنظيم الإستخدام المستجد للمنتجات الطبية لمكافحة جائحة كورونا.

إن وزير الصحة العامة يتوجه إلى المواطنين الكرام بوجوب إلتزام أعلى درجات الإنضباط في هذه المرحلة الخطيرة من التفشي الواسع للوباء. حمى الله لبنان وأعاننا سويا على العبور بهذا الوباء بأقل الشرور".
