وزير الصحة اتفق مع نقابة مصانع الأدوية على ورشة عمل تفصيلية قريبة: استراتيجيتنا تتركز على ربط ترشيد الدعم بتفعيل الصناعات الدوائية


عقد وزير الصحة العامة في حكومة تصريف الاعمال الدكتور حمد حسن إجتماعا مع نقابة مصانع الأدوية في لبنان برئاسة النقيبة كارول أبي كرم، تناول قضايا متصلة بالدواء وسبل دعم تصنيعه في لبنان. وتم الإتفاق على عقد ورشة عمل قريبة لمتابعة البحث في الشؤون التفصيلية والعملية، الكفيلة بحسن تطبيق استراتيجية وزارة الصحة العامة الهادفة إلى توسيع الصناعة المحلية للدواء.

وأوضح الوزير حسن أن "استراتيجية وزارة الصحة تقوم على العمل على زيادة إنتاج الدواء للاستغناء تدريجا، ولو بشكل جزئي، عن الإستيراد، كما أن هذه الإستراتيجية تتركز على ربط ترشيد الدعم ارتباطا مباشرا بتفعيل الصناعات الدوائية، وبالتالي دعم مصانع الأدوية والأمصال المحلية الأمر الذي يتعلق بشكل مباشر بالتزام مصرف لبنان بتقديم هذا الدعم اسوة بالمنتجات المستوردة".

ولفت إلى "وجوب تصحيح أسعار بعض الأصناف بما يأخذ القدرة الشرائية للمواطن بالاعتبار، بحيث يتأكد المواطن أنه يتم تعويض الشح الحاصل في السوق بالصناعات المحلية"، كما شدد على "عدم تهريب الأدوية إلى الخارج حيث يبرز دور الأجهزة الأمنية والرقابية في هذا المجال".

وتعهد ب"تخفيف تسجيل الأصناف التي يتم تصنيعها محليا بجودة وفعالية مميزة"، مؤكدا أن "وزارة الصحة العامة تسعى لشمول الصناعات الدوائية اللبنانية بأي اتفاقية خارجية على غرار الإتفاقية مع وزارة الصحة العراقية المتعلقة بالحصول على النفط مقابل الخدمات الطبية والدوائية".

ثم شكرت النقيبة أبي كرم وزير الصحة لأنه "أعطى مصانع الأمصال حوافز لا يستهان بها تمكن هذه المصانع من الإستمرار". وطلبت من الوزير حسن "لفتة مماثلة إلى مصانع الأدوية اللبنانية التي تريد توسيع أعمالها في لبنان وتأمين الدواء النوعي للمواطنين جميعا، إنما يحتاج ذلك إلى بعض الحوافز على مستوى الأسعار وبحسب الأصناف". وأكدت أن "الحاجة ماسة للدعم من مصرف لبنان بالتساوي على غرار دعم الأدوية المستوردة على أساس السعر المجاز المسجل من وزارة الصحة".

وتابعت: "نعلم أن الوضع صعب على الجميع وصعب على صناعة الدواء حيث باتت كلفة التصنيع أغلى ثمنا من سعر الدواء وهذا يتطلب تصحيحا سريعا".
