Minister Abiad Received a Donation from Islamic Relief for Four Governmental Hospitals

 
تسلّم وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور فراس الأبيض هبة من جمعية الإغاثة الإسلامية – لبنان ممولة من مكتب الجمعية في بريطانيا تتضمن معدات طبية وتجهيزات للمستشفيات الحكومية التالية: سير الضنية وبعبدا وضهر الباشق وحلبا.

جاء ذلك في لقاء في وزارة الصحة العامة حضره المدير العام للجمعية السيد أكرم صادق علي والمديرون العامون للمستشفيات المذكورة. وبموجب الهبة سيتم تجهيز وتطوير أقسام لجراحة العيون والأشعة وغسيل الكلى والطاقة بحسب حاجة كل مستشفى.

ولفت الوزير الأبيض إلى أ"ن أهمية المشروع تكمن في دعم المستشفيات الحكومية للإستمرار بخدماتها وتطوير عدد منها. وقال: "إن المستشفيات الحكومية أثبتت وسط الأزمات المتلاحقة التي يمر بها لبنان أنها تقف في الصف الأول إلى جانب المرضى سواء اللبنانيين أم المقيمين ولا سيما منهم الشرائح الأكثر حاجة. ومن الواجب الإستمرار في دعم هذه المستشفيات على غرار هذا المشروع ومشاريع اخرى مماثلة في المستقبل".

وتوجه الوزير الأبيض بالشكر لجمعية الإغاثة الإسلامية – مكتب لبنان وسائر فروع الجمعية المنتشرة في العالم ولا سيما مكتب بريطانيا الذي موّل المشروع الحالي منوهًا بما أظهرته الجمعية من حرفية في تخطيط المشاريع وتنفيذها. ولفت إلى "أن جمعية الإغاثة واستشعارًا منها بدقة الوضع الذي يمر به النظام الصحي في لبنان أكدت لوزارة الصحة العامة وقوفها المستمر إلى جانب هذا النظام لمساعدته على الإستمرار في الظروف الصعبة".
