Al Abiad during the Launch of the Seasonal Influenza Vaccination

 
الابيض خلال اطلاق حملة التلقيح لموسم الانفلونزا : مصرون على القيام بكل واجباتنا لضمان صحة المجتمع
 

أطلقت وزارة الصحة العامة بالتعاون مع منظمة الصحة العالمية حملة التلقيح لموسم الأنفلونزا، برعاية وحضور وزير الصحة العامة الدكتور فراس الأبيض وممثل منظمة الصحة العالمية الدكتور عبد الناصر أبو بكر.

وفي هذه المناسبة،  اعلن الوزير الابيض ان للوزارة برنامجا وطنيا للانفلونزا ومختبرا متخصصا في مستشفى رفيق الحريري الجامعي. 

واشار الى "ان موسم الانفلونزا العام الماضي كان قاسيًا، وتوقّع ان "هذه السنة ستكون هناك موجة كبيرة للانفلونزا في لبنان، ومن واجبنا كوزارة الصحة التحضير لهذه الموجة".

وشدد على "اهمية اطلاق هذه الحملة خصوصًا بعد وصول هبة 10 آلاف جرعة لقاح الانفلونزا الى وزارة الصحة"، لافتًا الى ان "هذا الموضوع اساسي لحماية المجتمع والمساعدة على رفع مستوى المناعة المجتمعية للحد من انتشار هذا المرض".

ولفت الابيض الى ان "الفئات المستهدفة ستكون العاملين الصحيين في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الاولية والمستشفيات الحكومية التابعة لوزارة الصحة"، مشيرًا الى انه "سيكون هناك برنامج خاص لدور المسنين باعتبارهم من الفئات الاكثر عرضة للاصابة الشديدة بمرض الانفلونزا". 

وشدد الابيض على نقطين: الاولى، هي "ان اطلاق حملة التلقيح ضد الانفلونزا الموسمية اليوم واطلاق حملة التوعية ضد سرطان الثدي امس يعكسان انه ، ورغم كل الصعاب، لا تزال وزارة الصحة العامة مصرة على القيام بكل واجباتها تجاه حماية المجتمع وصحته".

وتابع: "ثانيا، نشيد بالجهود التي يقوم بها العاملون في وزارة الصحة العامة وبرنامج الرعاية الصحية الاولية والعاملين في البرامج الاخرى الذين عندما تنسب لهم مسؤوليات جديدة يبادرون لتحملها في سبيل حماية مجتمعهم".

وأضاف: "هذا الامر ليس بغريب فقد رأينا جميعًا خصوصًا في ازمة كورونا والكثير من المواقف انهم كانوا يقومون بخدمة المجتمع 24/7".

وشكر في هذا الاطار "العاملين في وزارة الصحة بخاصةً والعاملين في القطاع الصحي عامةً لقيامهم بكل ما يلزم ومن تلكؤ في ظل الازمة الصعبة في لبنان".

اخيرا ذكّر الابيض ان "وزارة الصحة العامة بالتعاون مع منظمة الصحة العالمية واليونيسيف وشركائها الدوليين الآخرين وشركائها المحليين والعاملين في الوزارة وبرامجها سيحرصون على القيام بكامل واجباتهم لضمان صحة المجتمع".

وأوضح بدوره ممثل منظمة الصحة العالمية في لبنان الدكتور عبد الناصر أبو بكر انه "من المهم تلقيح المهنيين الصحيين وكبار السن والأشخاص المصابين بأمراض مزمنة كفئات مستهدفة أساسية يليهم الأطفال والنساء الحوامل من أجل حماية الفئات المعرضة للخطر".

واضاف: "إن الطريقة الوحيدة لتقليل تأثير الأنفلونزا الموسمية هي تلقيح العاملين الصحيين والعاملين في الخطوط الأمامية"، مؤكدًا ان "لقاح الأنفلونزا فعال للغاية لحماية الأفراد والمجتمعات بأكملها".
